Lead on social media profiles and social content strategy for Portugal in support of Social
Media strategy;
· Design and deliver Social Media content and campaigns to increase our engagement, brand
awareness and consideration, analysing KPIs by creating dashboards and reporting as
needed;
· Coordinate partners, agencies and stakeholders to deliver best in class Social Media strategy
for Portugal;
· Support customer care and listening from Social, ensuring the queries and complaints on
Social are correctly and quickly solved;
· Manage Digital projects and initiatives to create and deliver the digital strategy;
· Collaborate with international offices to bring learnings and best practice into Portugal
processes and interactions;
· Support Digital Comms strategy (SMS, Emails, Whatsapp, etc.) and delivery in Portugal and
align with communications plans using integrated marketing communications;
· Support the prioritisation of enhancement changes that will be implemented through IT to
achieve business benefit;
· Update and manage digital content via content management tool, work closely with
stakeholders to deliver changes to meet requirements and timelines.

Requisitos
- Degree in Management or Marketing, or similar;
· Proficient in Portuguese and English;
· Experience as a Social Media Analyst (m/f)
· Knowledge in Spanish would be desirable, though not mandatory;
· Proficient in MS Office.
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar positions;
· Knowledge of social media and digital platforms & tools and best practice with experience in
implementation and optimisation;
· Specific Social Media experience in planning, delivering and reporting on contents and
campaigns;
· Experience developing business strategies, propositions and seeing these through to the
delivery of actionable results;
· Results orientated with a track record of consistently delivering agreed objectives;
· Desirable: understanding of the insurance industry, financial services or other regulated
industry, including external influences and internal functions;
· Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team and with numerous parties in order to achieve
intended results;
· Planning capacity.
