:• Overseeing travel arrangements from booking to ticketing for corporate clients
• Booking flight itineraries, hotel accommodation and transportation for business travellers
• Answering calls, emails and customer queries
• Keeping clients up to date of travel regulations such as visa requirements
• Monitoring and learning new airline policies
Requisitos

• Experience in Airline Reservations and Ticketing is an advantage
• Knowledge in Airline GDS systems e.g Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo is an advantage
• Good English and Portuguese communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Polite mannered with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with people across the world
• Willingness to travel overseas for training
