Descrição
Plan, Recruit, On-Board & Exit People for each of the positions, local & expats;
Maintain Employee Relations which includes the labour;
Plan & Implement Learning & Skill development;
Plan People Planning through recruitment & selection, including the casuals;
Handle all Employee related welfare and facilities like the annual tickets, Employee accommodation & Food and non-production related upkeep & maintenance;
Develop, Implement & Monitor Health and Safety of Employees, Casuals and Visitors;
Develop the Employee engagement for the company;
Understand & Adhere to the local Labour Law, which includes Staff salaries;
Develop, Monitor & Review with HR policies and procedures;
Initiate HR processes for all level of employees like Performance Management, Salary administration, Visa processing, annual leave & ticketing;
Oversee & Implement the HR Policy related administration;
Maintain information of Employee records and salary details;
Report the HR related information for various departments.
Requisitos
Portuguese nationality;
Minimum experience of 20 years;
Domain of Labor legislation;
Good knowledge of recruitment and selection and personnel;
Fluent English
