IT Manager(Project Manager of ERP´S)

Develop and maintain local networks and CCTV systems
Optimize equipment licensing
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Install and configure software according to specifications
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (replace parts, debugging etc.)
Interact with group IT support team to successfully solve incidents
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and consumables needs
Support in ERPs project improvements as required

Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field (mandatory)
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Proven experience as IT Technician (mandatory)
Experience in designing and implementing workflows
Experience in configuration and / or maintaining ERP
Proactive, collaborative with clear problem-solving skills
