Descrição da função

Lead development activities including the identification of key pilots, designing new interventions, writing proposals, negotiating with partners, designing results framework.
Set thematic priorities and create a clear strategy plan for the AIF in the thematic area
Monitoring of on-going projects, at least on field visit 1/month and with a focus of contributing to providing sound feedback and support to operations
Manage a network of Experts in their field of competence, organize events and lead discussions in their area
Keep a solid knowledge on innovations (products, services and business models) in their areas of competence and be able to engage with them for better solution crafting.
Provide regular reports to be incorporated in internal or donor feedback mechanisms

Aptidões necessárias

University degree with focus on the thematic area, business or project management.
At least 5 years of professional experience with more than 3 years working in/on Angola in a similar role, ideally in non-profit organizations, consultancies or CSR programs of private sector companies.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well and conferencing tools (Skype).
Strong personal affinity with Angola (AO or resident permit) and willingness to contribute to its development.
Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, communication and network-building skills.
Strategic thinking with a drive and passion for collaboration and tactical implementation.
Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
