As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for:
- Attracting, developing and retaining the human resources required to achieve the strategic objectives of the subsidiary, through the implementation of the company´s Management of Human Resources strategy and in compliance with local regulations
- Ensuring a high level of motivation and commitment of the staff and guarantee a working environment conducive to individual development and the achievement of objectives
- Guaranteeing the respect of local labour law

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of education in Human Resource Management
- Familiarised with Labour Law and social regulations
- Conflict management
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in HR Management
Skills:
- An excellent level of English is mandatory
- French and/or Portuguese are really valuable
- Organization and Management of Priorities
- Great communication skills
- Teamwork and cooperation capabilities
- Adaptability, flexibility, reliability
