Defining the Strategic Commercial Priorities of the Group on an ongoing basis, and the best solutions and vendors that are best suited to achieving these priorities;
Active Leadership, Management and Controlling of distribution activities of Fertilizer and related Capital Equipment in Angola;
Operations will involve all ground operations activities including documentation, vendors, breaking of bulk to ensure optimal yield management for imported products;
Active engagement of any private or public stakeholders crucial to continued project success, including project partners;
Timely and accurate reporting of Customer and Commercial information to the Board and other stakeholders.
Requisitos
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in an Operations and/or logistics related field, MBA or related graduate degree will be an advantage;
Proven track record and 10+ years’ experience in managing Commercial Affairs;
Departments and service teams, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Management capacity;
Strong International Mind-set, and ability to interact well across a broad array of senior-level stakeholders;
Strong Written and Spoken Business English and Portuguese;
Strong technical and commercial knowledge of the Agricultural Value Chain, and stakeholders in Angola;
Strong Commercial Acumen and an eye for spotting emerging Opportunities, and optimising Revenue and Yield;
Ability to listen closely to and understand Client Needs, and coordinate logistics of distribution alongside Operational teams and third party service providers / vendors;
Strong Leadership abilities to attract, develop & retain talent in the organisation;
Building a young, dynamic and motivated team of Commercial Professionals and Key Account Managers;
Set clear objectives, process guidelines and guide team members to achieve targets and performance standards;
Develop a robust plan that ensure employee engagement and continued professional growth.
