We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our business team. As a Colchão Royale Sales Representative you will have the opportunity to sell high quality products to customers in all market segments across Angola. We offer product and sales training opportunities and this position will have an incentive/ bonus component to the overall compensation package.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience and/or training
• Experience in the mattress and sleep products industry (or similar) is preferred but not required
• Speak fluent Portuguese and English (required)
• Experience with customer relations and new client acquisition
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation and time management skills
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn
• Strong ability to multi-taskin a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in Angola (visas/permits in place)
• Willingness to travel within the country if required
• Drivers license (preferred)

Candidates should demonstrate a wholehearted customer service approach with a professional and welcoming presentation. They should be skilled in increasing sales by pursuing new client opportunities, maximizing growth and retaining clients through superior customer service (B2B relationships).
