Finance Manager - Industry

1. Participates in the development of the overall financial strategy, reporting all the financial results and strategy to the company BOD.
2. Participates in the formulation of the financial policies and procedures.
3. Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of monthly results, forecasts, yearly budget (statutory & group reporting)
4. Coordinates and supervises all financial and accounting operations e.g. credits, expenditures, account collection, sales, purchasing etc…
5. Follows-up the comparative budgeting reports and recommends corrective action, as necessary, based on the actual results achieved.
6. Provides financial advice on the overall corporate financial position.
7. Prepares financial budget and business plans and assists / supervises the budget preparation of other departments.
8. Co-ordination and ownership of all finance systems (ERP) and related implementations and upgrades.
9. Developing, enhancing and promoting a strong internal control environment throughout the company.
10. Ensures the proper implementation of the established Company’s policies and procedures in the most efficient manner and at the lowest cost.
11. Ensures the adoption of all necessary measures to protect the Company’s assets e.g internal control and proper insurance coverage.
12. Conducts various financial and organizational studies in order to analyze and suggest means for the optimal utilization of resources.
13. Coordinates with external auditors to resolve all corporate related matters
14. Supervises his direct subordinates work programs.
15. Prior experience in dealing with banks and local authorities
16. Experience in reporting in different functional currencies & in group environment base
17. Undertakes any other duties as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of the financial analysis methodologies and the accounting and reporting principles and requirements (IFRS). Preferably Usage Experience’ to the qualifications. Ideally AX / Dynamics 365
• Able to work with IT, and advise on the Processes/Steps/Info to be integrated into and between the ERP and Machines.

• Experience in IFRS reporting
• Certified MBA (in Finance or Accounting) or equivalent professional qualification. Chartered Accountant or equivalent would be a clear plus.
• At least 8 years’ experience in the food industry and process manufacturing.
