Supply chain Supervisor (Availble Immediately)

• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to provide visibility to management;
• Comprehend and supervise the handling of legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements;
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes;
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
• Determine, evaluate and report on KPIs
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly;
• Train, guide and supervise team members;
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards;
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams;
• Perform administrative tasks promoting the achievement of weekly and monthly objectives;
• Support Quality Audits;
• Control all the activity of the logistics department;
• Other job related tasks.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business Management or similar field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supply chain supervisor or coordinator;
• Fluent in english and portuguese;
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes;
• Solid analytical skills and ability to develop and communicate findings and recommendations, creating actionable strategies;
• Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules;
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and accurate completion of each;
• Outcome-focused and experienced in project management as a means to plan, track, communicate progress and ensure on time delivery of projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present information and interact effectively across all levels of the organization;
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Products Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
