Descrição
Carry out administrative activities of Company establishment and Company Renewal process;
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests for Visa, Work Permit and all government Documents Related to Company Business;
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures;
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures;
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
Provide timely response to ad hoc requests, such as leaves and post hire verification activities;
Enter new hires, employee changes such as terminations and compensation events within SuccessFactors that supports payment schedules;
Manage employee files and authenticate new hire document to ensure documentation aligns with Employee Profile data and adheres to compliance requirements;
Support payroll related activities such as one-time payment entry and uploads
Partner with team members to review scope and impact of SAP SuccessFactors releases to your area of responsibilities.
Requisitos
Angolan nationality;
Degree in human resources management, administration, international relations or similar areas;
At least 2 years' experience in government and HR-related processes;
Mastery of new IT platforms and excellent general computer skills, including high levels of proficiency in MS Office Suite;
Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal, including advanced commercial writing skills (will be tested).
