Generalist Human Resources Technician

Salary processing;
Preparation of contracts;
Plan, define and develop recruitment processes;
Preparation of monthly report;
HR administrative process management;
Contract end calculations;
Plan, define and develop selection processes (interviews, group dynamics, evaluation instruments, etc.);
Analysis of promotions processes and subsequent recommendations;
Interaction with the finance and planning areas in the preparation of the budget related to remuneration and compensation;
Monitor and chair Board meetings;
Elaboration of description of Functions/Tasks.

Angolan nationality;
Degree in Human Resources or related areas;
Professional experience of 2 to 3 years
Computer knowledge from the perspective of the user (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint);
Fluent English (Mandatory);
Knowledge of administrative organization and organizational structures;
Angolan Labor Legislation (hiring and work regimes, vacations, leaves and absences);
Knowledge and mastery of Human Resource Management techniques;
Knowledge of the procedures developed for the processing of wages;
Knowledge of computer applications used in the Human Resources area;
Knowledge of the Quality Management System;
Knowledge of communication techniques and reporting.
