Logistic Coordinator

Oversee and facilitate the delivery of supplies or shipment in a reasonable time period;
Coordinate and monitor resources to achieve effective distribution of supplies and ensure the smooth operations for maximum efficiency to lower cost;
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of supplies to clients as end users;
Ensure assets, resources and communication methods are used effectively;
Optimise delivery procedures;
Plan and organise deliveries in accordance with client logistics requirements;
Assist procurement department with the despatch of clients orders;
Liaise with vessels (clients) in order to better organise and coordinate pick up of all equipment or items retrieved ashore and monitor the downstream process;
Assist vessels (clients) with their need to send equipment ashore for maintenance or analysis.

Angolan nationality;
Good knowledge of the offshore industry (vessel assistance), delivery of equipment, goods, crew change;
Minimum of 3 years of experience;
Preferably some training in logistics and/or supply chain;
Extensive logistics experience can replace the need for a qualification;
Must be motived, dynamic, fluent in English, be able to communicate in a multi-cultural environment, respect the instructions of the company and any client requests.
