Descrição
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested;
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems;
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements;
Record possible complaints reported by customer and ensure their further solution;
Keep in touch with customers 5 days after car delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction;
Ensures efficient handling of complaints;
Promote customer loyalty and satisfaction;
Follow the process of delivery of vehicles, according to the set deadline ;
Performs other tasks compatible with the nature of the function.
Requisitos
Angolan nationality;
Higher Education in Management;
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions (Preferred cars);
Professional experience in after-sales service;
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Proficiency in English Language (spoken and written);
Leadership and management skills;
High capacity of organizational planning and initiative;
Guidance towards meeting objectives;
Good communication skills (argumentation, diction and correct language);
Good logical reasoning ability.
