Medical Sciences Liaison (MSL)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Luanda for a Medical Science Liaison. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers in the medical community. You will provide scientific and medical support with a focus on product education and disease state awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies and tactics, and will stay up-to-date on developments in relevant clinical and therapeutic areas

Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field such as Pharmacy, Medicine or a related discipline
2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic areas and disease states commonly encountered in the pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and scientific information to inform decision making
Ability to work independently and as a team member, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with relevant regulations and guidelines governing interactions with healthcare professionals and scientific congresses
Experience in developing SOP's
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Ability to travel as needed within Angola and potentially outside of Angola
