Descrição da função
  1. Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and personnel affairs and provides day-to-day direction in all aspects of human resources;
  2. Assists with hiring in Angola;
  3. Assumes corporate responsibility for development of company guidelines, policies and procedures;
  4. Develops, analyzes, and updates the company’s salary budget, in coordination with CEO/ Executive committee;
  5. Develops, prepares, generates and analyzes ongoing reports pertaining to employee personnel information and data, including issues such as benefits costs, staffing levels/deployment, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, applicant tracking, affirmative action/EEO, compensation, promotions, etc;
  6. Develops, analyzes and updates the company’s evaluation program;
  7. Handles discipline and termination of employees in coordination with the HR/Admin Director and in accordance with company policy and the labor law in Angola;
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Aptidões necessárias

• Angolan nationality;
• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a Master's degree);
• Relevant experience in an HR role (up to 7 years);
• Thorough understanding of labor law;
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English languages, verbal and written.
