Data Hall Supervisor (M/F)

• Managing the change (delivery) process (ITIL); timely and qualitative provision of managed services and data center (custom) projects on the data floors.
• Managing budget and costs (OpEx, CapEx), Profit & Lost, energy efficiency (PUE) and effectiveness in coordination with the NOC team.
• Securing the continuity, security, and connectivity of the data center to conform and align to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Designing and engineering local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and the virtual private network (VPN) as needed.
• Supervising fiber partners and making sure Raxio’s standards are met and adhered to.
• Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Supporting the 24-hour NOC call out a schedule as directed by the VP tech.
• Supporting the sales team with customer pre-sales visits.

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in ICT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Fields.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching or Data Centre or Cisco Certified Design Professional CCDP or Equivalent Specification
• Certifications in Network Security or Firewall Preferred
• Certification in Networking, Data Center or Critical Facilities Management Systems Preferred Data center and Network related certifications.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manager-level experience in administering enterprise networks.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading teams in similar industry.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in working directly with telecom, enterprise LAN and related fields.
