Descrição
_ Level 2 support of the Buyers standard operating IT environment including
_ Laptop, desktop, and tablet hardware and associated hardware peripherals
_ Installs, moves, adds changes (IMACs)
_ Operating system and base load software
_ Office productivity and basic support for business applications
_ Imaging device support (print/scan/copy/fax)
_ End-user support for Buyer’s mobility solutions
_ Execution support for Buyer’s ongoing and annual technology programs
Requisitos
• At least 1 year as a Desktop/Remote support
• Further experiences related to the job description
• Previous experience with customer interaction
• Previous experience working in an Oil & Gas Company is a plus
