Financial Controller

The financial controller must ensure effective utilization of import and export Finance from bank facilities, letter of credits, over drafts, bill discount, bank guarantees, loan settlement etc…

Controlling

• Manage the GM and price variance report
• Report to Management on variances from the established budget and the reason for variances.
• Overhead analysis and engaged in cost control.
• Manage accounts receivables exposure.
• Responsible for managing accounts payables- checking and verifying of all online and offline payments.
• Manage and control daily fund movements, cash forecast vs. actual, ensure availability of adequate cash for operational use and payment commitments.

Operational Finance

• Handling turnkey projects finance & procurement in relation with Group Industry Finance Director.
• Handling Cash flow budgeting for projects
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Responsible for financial Planning and manage all treasury related functions.
• Maintaining MIS for costs relating to banks Vis-a- Vis third party L/C confirmation and L/C discounting.
• Maintain Bank day-to –day contacts and supplier facility utilization report and send to top management on daily basis.
• Monitor Forex rates & exposure.
• Ensure effective utilization of import and export finance such as banks L/Cs, L/C discounting, over drafts, bank guarantee, loan settlements, etc.
• Ensure working capital and capital expenditure needs are met in time.
• Responsible for reconciliation of Import and Export Bank liabilities, reconciliation of all major bank accounts.

Supervision

• Manage and maintenance of general ledger and bookkeeping.
• Controlling invoicing to customers.
