ASST-Junior Maintenance Engineer - AJMTE

To be trained in Monitoring and controlling machinery operation, maintenance, and other technical and safety work as required by the MSUP or SMTE.
Familiar with Permit to Work system Follow Permit to Work procedures
Assist JMTE with assigned routine surveillance of equipment and installations
Responsible for carrying out routine safety checks on equipment as required by the JMTE & SMTE Undertake training relevant to the prospective JMTE position requirements
Ensure personnel qualifications are established and that each individual is given the opportunity of improvement through selective on the job training s
Assisting Member of Emergency Response Team
Successfully be able to perform all above tasks assigned to JMTE by end of training

Meet the requirements for certification as an officer in charge of an engineering watch in manned engine-room STCW code A- III/1
2 years’ experience on the offshore installations and 1 year as Junior Engineer
Very good English written and spoken
