Agente de Operações Comerciais / Trade Operations Officer

International Financial Institution based in Luanda is looking for Angolan candidates with following profile:

• Process all Trade Operations Transactions in accordance with
  approved /acceptable formats and process

• Follow-up transactions i.e amendments, extensions and collection of relevant commissions/fees .

• Organize Filing

• Reconciliation;

GUARANTEES

Process new, amendment, release, cancellation, next commission due of guarantees and collection of charges as per tariff guide.

 TRADE LOANS

Process new, amendment, release/cancellation of trade loans and
collection of charges as per tariff guide.

 FOLLOW UP OF DOMICILIATION DOCUMENTS

• Processing, checking and collection of charges for all “Imputations”.

 REPORTS TO BNA/MINISTRY OF FINANCE (SINOC)

• Ensure that all trade payment transactions are correctly logged in SINOC reporting software for onward transmission to the BNA/Ministry of Finance

• Degree in Business Finance, Management or similar
• Banking experience in Trade at least 2 years in international organization
• English Skills
• Age between 22 – 35 years old
