Customer Representative

We are looking for a Customer Representative, preferably from Angola.
Requirements:
Portuguese: C2+ level,
English: C1+ level.
Other languages are a plus.
Your main task will be listening to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services, by phone, mail and chat on social media.
Additional tasks: contacting business partners, assistance to other departments and the manager.
Experience is not a must, but will be well seen.

English - C1+ level,
