E-commerce Team / Parfois Online Store
(Rio Tinto, Porto, Portugal)
Responsibilities
1. Guarantee the support to the Online Store Costumer, ensuring costumer’s questions and orders follow up, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty;
2. Ensure the best buying experience in our online store, assisting each client and market in a personalized style;
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area processes, procedures and tools, in order to reach the monthly/annual goals of this channel (Sales and customer satisfaction).
What do you need to have?
• A College Degree and a strong interpersonal skills, not only to cater to customer needs, but also to join a fantastic, ambitious and results oriented team;
• Passion for fashion and/or professional experience in store context/costumer service;
• Fluency in Spanish and English are essential requirements. Any additional languages such as German, Italian, Polish or French will be a plus;
• Confidence, passion and energy are all key elements needed to join PARFOIS!
