§ Maintain the GMS and assure its circulation as per set period
§ Generate activity and result reports such as daily call report, weekly work plans and monthly market review
§ Monitors competition by gathering current market information on client / contract matrix, pricing, products, innovation, investment, performance
§ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
§ Recommends changes in products, service, and policy to keep up with customer expectations and market trends
§ Use the group business development structure in support of company development activities
§ Work on contract format and content when necessary to formalise supplier / client relation
§ Increase market share and meet budget targets following sales strategies
§ Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
§ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
