Tool Machinist

Manage and control the activities of any machinist work that falls within their scope;
Manufacture of various components, using CNC, manual lathes and milling machines;
Safe and efficient operation of CNC and manual machines and lathes;
Manufacturing of various components to manufacturing drawings dimensions and tolerance;
Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely manner or by committed delivery dates.

EITB Certificate of Engineering Craftsmanship;
City and Guilds in Mechanical Engineering;
Relevant training in CNC/NC programming;
Knowledge of Mazatrol programming;
Evidence of apprenticeship or significant equivalent experience;
Experience in manufacturing of wide range of components including complex technical geometry and precision tolerances.
Proficient in Microsoft systems and packages;
Permit to work systems and process understanding;
Demonstrable and detailed working evidence of CMMS system administration such as SAP;
Must be able to program/set and operate CNC lathes and mills;
Demonstrable evidence of use, understanding and interpretation of technical machining drawings, symbols, and components;
Fluent oral and written English.
