Assisting in key Accounting & Admin tasks related to Southey Mozambique & Southey Angola.
Requisitos

Accounts Payable:
Review Creditors invoices for validity.
Matching invoices to purchase orders,
Prepare Creditors Recons for payment.
Review of creditors application for senior management approval.
Account Receivable:
Capturing of Invoices in line with Angola & Mozambique statutory requirements.
Management of collection from relevant debtors.
Assisting with month end:
Capturing of Cashbooks.
Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Recons.
Other administrative duties:
Filing of relevant account documents.
Submission of returns.
Emails to relevant suppliers, clients and office staff.
Interact with Tax Authorities when required with regards too monthly statutory returns (Includes employees tax, withholding taxes and VAT)
Interacting with the banks in Angola and Mozambique regarding forex payments & relevant financing methods for optimal pricing and efficient turn around times.
