Legal Counsel

To work closely with the existent team in Angola, Dubai and Switzerland. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, independente and diligent. Must be a trustworthy, proactive with a ver hands on attitude, combined with a flexible combined with a flexible and open personality. This position is based in Luanda, Angola.

-Support and provide legal opinions to solve legal questions from internal companies,
-Support the incorporation of companies and be responsible to prepare all the legal documentation of them, including the minutes of meetings (GA and BM).
-Support the collaboration with governmental authorities/public entities.
-Prepare minutes of agreements, and negotiate them, internally and externally.
-Prepare and present private investment processes.
-Work with land legal situations (parceling and register).
-Solve labour questions under the Angolan law.

-3 to 5 years experience working in Angola (i.e. investment banks, law firms, and others).
-Experience working with public entities in Angola (Government, Local Governments, Tax Office, Notaries and Register).
-University degree in Law (as based in Roman Law).
-Native in Portuguese and fluent in English (excellent verbal and writing skills)
