TELO is launching a new product, TeloPay, that enables clients to sell pre-paid services (television recharges, internet recharges, mobile phone recharges, car and moto insurances..) from a smartphone device or web portal.
The main responsibilities of the TeloPay Manager are:
- Assisting in developing, managing, and implementing the TELOPay sales and marketing strategy
- Testing the TeloPay interface along with IT team, and contributing to its improvements
- Elaborating and updating a detailed guide of operational TeloPay processes
- Elaborating training material (ppt presentations) for the sales team
- Organizing training sessions for the sales team
- Doing the follow-up with TeloPay suppliers
- Motivate the sales team; create a positive environment, look for excellence and develop a sense of belonging and pride to work for the company
Requisitos
- Fluent in Portuguese, and English
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective interpersonal skills and team leader spirit;
- Result oriented and attentive to needs;
- Proactive and diplomat;
- Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment.
