Outbound phone calls, Inbound phones call, sending emails, Microsoft, google drive, Office, Update Data base, Reporting to Director, secretary related activities

• Must be presentable, professional and efficient;
• Portuguese and English advanced level (written and spoken);
• Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm (1h for lunch, flexible schedule);
• Duration: up to 6 months
• Starting date: The applicant should be ready to start 24h after his/her interview and selection;
• The applicant should have a personal laptop and cellphone ready to bring for work every day (we will pay for the communication’s plan)
