Accountant

-Update financial data in the system to ensure that information will be accurate and real time
-Make inputs into the company’s ledgers
-Provide information required for financial reporting
-Complete month-end banking, intercompany and supplier reconciliations and closing procedures
-Assist with budget preparation
-Encode accounting entries for data processing
-Review system reports for accuracy and trace errors back to their source
-Assist with auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
-Prepare tax payments according to company procedures
-Compile supplier statements

• Deep understanding of the Angolan accounting system and principles

• Good understanding of the Angolan Banking system

• Knowledgeable in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

• Knowledge of working with an ERP system
