Overall Marketing and brands strategies:
- Take brand ownership
- Develop and execute goals and brand strategies according to the yearly Marketing Brand Plan
- Plan and execute the yearly ATL and BTL activities as in promotions, activations etc….
- Set yearly and quarterly goals/forecast in terms of sales, growth, and expenditures (budget)
- Continuously monitor and control budget expenditure, adjust and adapt where necessary.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Communications, planning and execution whether in house or through agencies assistance.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Develop promotional items and POS materials when applicable
- Anticipate bottlenecks
International brands management:
- Agreeing on all local execution plan to be in line with supplier global Brand strategy and objectives
- Follow-up with advertising agency on all activation, Media ATL/BTL as per plan and marketing budget
- Monthly reconciliation of Marketing spend vs planned investment and tracking settlements
- Submitting weekly reports to supplier & competition analysis
- Assuring all marketing activities are executed in the correct manner
- Follow-up on sales performance by channel
- POSM management
- Ensuring distribution and “perfect Display” while coordinating with Mechanizing head
Intra-Communication and Cooperation:
- Sharing and agreeing jointly with Internal structure (RM’s) on yearly plan
- Communicating all marketing related matters and catering according to regions needs
- Assuring that Stocks are in line with monthly sales budget (at times we might have a certain promotion were stock level should be more than monthly sales run rate)
- Physical visits to region to ensure a full understanding of the market and cater to its needs
- Suggests & Assist RM’s in ideas and ways to improve brand awareness and grow the brand
- Coordinating with channel manager on sales development
Reporting:
- Weekly reports to on key points of the above mentioned tasks.
- Detailed monthly reports of sales/stock/ vs. forecast and Margins.
- Monthly activity report of marketing events and promotions as well as its measurable effect on sales.
- Monthly activity report of competitor activities and price monitoring.
Requisitos
