Chief Accountant

-Perform more complex accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the financial resources of the company and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the accurate, valid and complete recording, verifying and consolidating of financial transactions and other financial data
- Engage with customers to update all the statements and ensures that all payables are accurately documented in the system
- Manage and maintains petty-cash transactions in order to ensure that the petty cash records are accurate
- Design reports and proposes options as requested for the management to make accurate decisions

-Bachelors degree in Accounting
-4-6 Years Financial / Accounting Experience
-Portuguese and English speaker
-Deep understanding of the Angolan accounting system and principles
-Good understanding of the Angolan Banking system
-OCPCA Certified
-Knowledgeable in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint,Word and Outlook)
-Knowledge of working with an ERP system
-Communication (Verbal and written)
-Attention to detail
