Real Estate Consultant & Administrative Assistant

2. You will be expected to develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers; meeting potential sellers in community activities; lists property by examining property.
3. Assist Property Manager in rental activities.
   
4. Produce the presentations of the Senior Team in excel, PowerPoint and Pdf format.
5. Set up our social media footprint and manage all outputs and campaigns websites including: Instagram, Facebook, Mail chimp and Twitter.
6. General office management.
7. Control car and driver pool manage employee attendance register, vacation register, etc
8. Assist in financial payment procedure flows
9. Assist in employee accommodation requirements

This role would be a primary support of our sales team. We´re looking for a professional with good understanting of the Angolan Real Estate market.

1. You are a Real Estate Consultant with at leat 3 years experience in sales.
2. Must have marketing experience and minimum of 2 years experience in administrative roles.
3. Must have good understanding of social media reach.
4. Must be pro-active in social media footprint achieving the eyeball “hits” set out by management.
5. We´re looking for a young professional, computer/tech savvy. Must be a good communicator in PT and English both spoken and Written.
6. You must also be responsible for your work, able to work without supervision and a good team player.
