• Independently manage the full recruitment process in close cooperation with hiring manager:
- Identify requirements, producing and placing vacancy advertisements;
- Setting up and carrying out selection process;
- Pre-screening and interview candidates;
- Negotiation employees offer;
- Preparing contracts;
- Supporting the integration of new staff.
• Participate in projects to futher develop internal process to ensure that recruitment strategies and techniques are effective up-to-date.
• Inform hiring manager about each recruitment process status.
• Establish recruitment protocols with universities and others private and public entities.
• Post open vacancies in internet and other recruitment sources.
• Promote vacancies inside the group.
• Develop and keep update a candidates database.
Requisitos
• Degree in Organizational Psychology or related area;
• Strong level experience as recruitment specialist;
• Strong experience managing process through informatics system;
• Be able to manage a number of recruitments for different profiles;
• High level of Customer and Personal Service Orientation;
• Methodical and organized;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Fluency English – written and speaking.
