Electro-Mechanical Technician _ 4.5 years Experience (Oil&Gas)

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, test, and troubleshoot downhole measurement and drilling tools.
• Prepare and verify tool readiness for field deployments.
• Provide technical support and real-time troubleshooting during drilling operations.
• Collaborate with field engineers and drilling supervisors to optimize performance and resolve equipment issues.
• Report on tool diagnostics, failures, and operational improvements.
• Uphold safety standards and document compliance with operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 4.5 years of hands-on experience in electronic systems related to downhole measurement or rotary steerable tools.
• Demonstrated experience with adnVISION, arcVISION, Periscope Ecoscope, and/or PowerDrive technologies.
• Strong understanding of electronic instrumentation and drilling tool functions.
• Ability to perform efficiently under time-sensitive, high-pressure conditions.
• Strong fault diagnosis and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in Well Construction or Drilling Services.
• Knowledge of telemetry, logging, or measurement-while-drilling (MWD/LWD) systems.
• Offshore/remote operation experience.
• Effective teamwork and clear technical communication skills.
