HSE ADVISOR - Offshore

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor and review HSE policies and procedures;

• Carry out regular inspections of workplaces to identify risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations;

• Investigating accidents and incidents, producing reports and proposing corrective measures;

• Promoting training and awareness campaigns for employees on safety and environmental issues;

• Ensuring that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used correctly and is available;

• Controlling and keeping records of environmental compliance (waste, emissions, licences, etc.);

• Participating in analysing and assessing occupational risks;

• Ensuring compliance with local legislation, international standards (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and customer requirements;

• Supporting the preparation of emergency plans and their execution in periodic simulations;

• Acting as a point of contact with regulatory authorities and external auditors when necessary.

Experience: Minimum 5 years offshore experience (Vessels/Platforms)
Certifications: BOSIET, NEBOSH, and relevant education certificates.
Linguas: Portugues e Ingles (falada e escrita) a nivel intermediario
