Quality Control Supervisor_ 18 years Experience (Oil&Gas)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and drive the quality control of manufacturing, maintenance, and deployment of MWD, ARC, ADN6, SADN, and PowerDrive tools
• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve QC protocols, systems, and procedures for MLWD operations
• Lead inspections/audits of equipment and processes to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory standards
• Champion root cause analysis and corrective action on non-conformance, incidents, or failures
• Maintain documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting standards in line with company and industry requirements
• Mentor QC and technical teams, and provide training on advanced QC methods and operational best practices
• Interface with engineering, operations, and field service teams to drive quality culture

Required Qualifications:

• 18 years of direct quality control and field supervision in MLWD environments
• Expertise in QC of MWD, ARC, ADN6, SADN, and PowerDrive tools
• Solid foundation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Track record as a supervisor/team leader in MLWD tool quality control or related role

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international regulatory/compliance standards (ISO, API, etc.)
• Advanced problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills
• Proven capability in team leadership, technical training, and cross-functional communication
• Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence
