Assistant Finance Manager / Director Financeiro Adjunto (M/F)

• Preparation of monthly Income statements

• Review of Internal Controls at operational level

• Review of Service Profitability,
• Provide monthly reports to managers on operating expenses
• Provide monthly income statement reports to department managers and assist with follow up of variances to business plans as identified
• Provide assistance (reporting and follow up) on aspects of Balance Sheet (Fixed assets, Stock Machines, Parts , WIP, Debtors Machines)
• Review and report on financial portions
• Assist department managers with the preparation of their Budgets
• Assist with the preparation of Cash Flow forecasts
• Perform Analytical Review and profit analysis on an on-going basis Business development skills and knowledge
• Day-to-day management of Financial team in the region
• Assist with the Quarterly executive review, FM leads this.
• Manage relationships and contracts with suppliers
• Assist with the proper implementation of Regulatory and Statutory governance including VAT
• Liaise with internal/external auditors in those areas of responsibility.
• Manage balance sheet working capital (Stock and Debtors)

• 3 to 5 years of Financial / Commercial experience.
• Must be a CA or ACCA
• Sound business and financial acumen
• Sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations
• Negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry, especially CAT product line, including accessories and tools
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• Interact with principal and BEUK
