Responsabilities:
1. Ensure customers are provided with excellent service, stock and restock merchandise, undertake inventory and orders, monitor sales and maintain store cleanliness.
2. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
3. Managing sales, inventory, customer service, marketing, and employee relations.
4. Creating and implementing a business strategy that aligns with the retailer's mission and objectives.
5. Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance.
6. Track of stock and ordering.
7. Organise sales promotions and in-store events.
8. Deal with queries, complaints and feedback from customers.
9. Overseeing the daily operations of a retail store to ensure efficient and effective performance.
