Descrição da função

Delivery of generalist HR support and advice to managers and employees in Angola.
Formulate HR strategies, plans and goals aligned with the business strategy and plans;
Set up and use HR systems to process and archive HR information;
Develop, monitor, and implement annual manpower plans and organization structure updates, aligned with business requirements;
Carry out staff resourcing, recruitment, and onboarding needs, aligned with business requirements;
Drive a performance-driven culture, working with the managers, by implementing performance management policies and guidelines, awareness campaigns and implementation calendars;
Develop and implement talent development plans and guidelines, aligned with business requirements;
Develop and implement training programmes, aligned with business requirements;
Provide efficient HR services, such as payroll management, third-party labour agency management, and other HR support services;
Develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures, aligned with business requirements, and closely monitor compliance with its implementation;
Manage and review staff employment contracts;
Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, employee engagement, etc;
Engage with the relevant external stakeholders (such as MiRemPet and MAPTESS) as required;
Compile and submit the annual reports to MiRemPet and MAPTESS;
Comply with the applicable legislation, company policies, and regulations;
Monitor compliance with applicable HR legislation, as well as company HR policies and procedures.

Aptidões necessárias

Angolan Nationality;
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Manager, HR Director or similar;
3 to 5 years work experience on the O&G/mining industry;
Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduation in Human Resources or Law;
Experience working in a multinational corporate environment;
Upper intermediate proficiency in English
IT skills (MS Office, general IT skills);
